Persyaratan :

1. HRD Supervisor (HRD-SPV)

* Bachelor degree in Psychology or Law from reputable university with GPA min 3.00
* Male or female 27 ? 35 years old
* Min 2 years experience in HR System and development: organization development, recruitment, training and development, industrial relation, etc.
* Pleasant personality, energetic and high motivated
* Good English (oral & written) skills and computer literate
* Able to work independent or as a team
* Having good logic & strong analytical ability, strong interpersonal skill and strong communication skills
* Able to travel throughout Indonesia

2. Site Supervisor (STS)

* Male, 27 ? 35 years old
* Has experience min 5 years and has great knowledge crusher and fixed plan operation, good awareness of maintenance scheduling, has daily reporting & basic admin function
* Production oriented
* Able to manage manpower human resources at work location
* Has knowledge about safety, health and environment
* Good in English (oral & written) skills and computer literate
* Able to work independent or as a team
* Having strong interpersonal skill & integrity and strong leadership
* Able to work under pressure
