PURCHASING MANAGER

Job Function :

*Develop strategy & policies for purchasing, warehouse & logistic for office and vessels
*Implementation strategy & policies for purchasing, warehouse & logistic
*As routinely assess suppliers performance
*Implementation SOP for purchasing, warehouse & logistic
*Make monthly report for purchasing, warehouse & logistic activities
*Ensure that the purchasing staff’s technical knowledge

Requirements :

*S1 Engineering (mechanical/electrical) , preferable have experience 3 years in managerial
*Familiar with NS5 software, SOP purchasing
*Effective communication skill in English both oral and written
*Male 30-35 years old
*Capable of negotiating and communicating
